Prohibited, no market

Amendments to the Law on Licensing and the Criminal Code in force from 1 July 2025 prohibit paid lotteries, betting and online games of chance. Organising them for profit carries up to three years in prison, and the special permit for paid lotteries was removed. Casinos are not licensed.
