These terms apply to casinorank.com and the public research, data and news on it. Paid access to data, the API, the MCP server and warehouse shares is governed by a separate licence agreement.
1. Who we are
casinorank.com is run by CasinoRank. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean CasinoRank, and "you" means anyone who uses the site.
2. What the site is
CasinoRank publishes data and research about the iGaming industry for professional use. Content describes markets, regulation, brands and affiliate programs. It is not legal, financial or investment advice, it is not a recommendation to use any operator, and it does not say who may offer or promote iGaming in any market.
3. How to read our data
Every fact shows its state (known, unknown, conflicting, stale or derived) and its source. Estimates are labelled with a range and a model version. We publish corrections openly. We do not guarantee that any value is complete or current, and you rely on it at your own judgement.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping its credentials private. Free accounts are for one named person. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
- No automated collection of the site beyond what our API terms allow.
- No attempts to access locked content without a licence.
- No reselling or republishing of data without written permission.
- Quoting short excerpts with attribution to CasinoRank and a link is welcome.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its design, the datasets and the research are owned by CasinoRank or its licensors. Facts from public registers remain public; our compilation, structure and analysis are protected.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes are announced on the site.
9. Contact
