Bhutan

Online prohibited

The Penal Code of Bhutan 2004 makes games of chance an offence and exempts only government-authorised lotteries. The state-owned Bhutan Lottery Limited, set up by the Ministry of Finance in 2016, is the only legal operator. There are no casinos and no licensed online iGaming.
