Colombia

Licensed

Colombia was the first Latin American country to license online casino, with the first Coljuegos licences issued in 2017. Coljuegos publishes the list of authorised betting sites and takes reports of illegal ones. Since January 2026 the 19% VAT on online betting is charged on gross gaming revenue instead of player deposits.
