Victoria Lambroza, Key Partnership Executive at Aviatrix, plays a key role in driving the company’s global growth strategy and operator relationships as the award-winning crash gaming supplier continues its rapid expansion across regulated markets. Known for its flagship crash title and innovative engagement mechanics, Aviatrix has recently strengthened its presence through new certifications in Brazil, the launch of Aviatrix Second Chance, and its broader vision of building a connected ecosystem that extends beyond a single game.
In this CasinoRank interview, Lambroza discusses how Aviatrix is evolving crash gaming through personalization, loyalty systems, and shared progression across multiple products. She also explores the growing role of localization and compliance in regulated markets, changing player expectations within the crash genre, and how the company’s iGaming Metaverse strategy aims to create deeper, long-term engagement for both operators and players.

Victoria, how would you describe the core mission and value proposition of Aviatrix to both operators and players?
Victoria Lambroza: At its heart, Aviatrix is about engaging players on a deeper level than traditional online casino games. For the past three years, we’ve focused on achieving this via our eponymous crash game, which features unique engagement and personalisation features, including giving players the ability to customise the aircraft they use in-game.
More recently, we’ve expanded this mission to include what we call the iGaming Metaverse. This means moving beyond a single game into a connected ecosystem, where players keep the same profile, progression and rewards across all Aviatrix titles. For players, that drives deeper engagement and loyalty. For operators, it unlocks stronger retention and cross-game value.
How has your professional experience shaped the way you approach collaborations in today’s highly competitive iGaming ecosystem?
Victoria Lambroza: In my role, I see partnerships as long-term collaboration rather than one-time integrations.
What really shapes my approach is working closely with partners after launch, because that’s where the real results are built. We often see that performance improves significantly when we align on promo strategy, positioning and ongoing communication, rather than focusing only on the initial release.
We’re active across regulated markets around the world, so it is really about getting to know the partner on a deep level, understanding their priorities, and then finding the best ways to work closely alongside them.
Aviatrix blends traditional crash mechanics with loyalty systems, and player customization. From an operator perspective, how do these mechanics translate into stronger engagement metrics and long-term retention?
Victoria Lambroza: Absolutely. What we see in practice is that players engage differently when they feel a sense of progression and ownership. Features like customisation, loyalty systems and in-game rewards make the experience more personal and less transactional.
And like I’ve already mentioned, we are now taking these principles and moving towards a broader ecosystem approach. Instead of treating each game separately, we are building a connected experience, where players have a unified profile, progression, rewards, and features across different games.
This creates stronger engagement because players are not just playing a single session but rather interacting with a larger environment that evolves over time.
Crash games have become a globally recognized vertical. In 2026, what key shifts are you observing in player behavior, risk appetite, and demand within this genre?
Victoria Lambroza: Crash games are now a core part of any casino lobby. When we launched Aviatrix three years ago, we brought something completely unique to the genre. But we understand that standing still isn’t an option here if we want to retain our edge, so we’re always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
We recently launched Aviatrix Second Chance, which introduces a new feature that allows half the players in each round an opportunity to continue flying after their aircraft would have blown up. It is yet another innovation that keeps Aviatrix titles fresh and exciting.
As Aviatrix expands into markets such as Brazil and secures regulatory certifications, how do you balance innovation with compliance when entering new jurisdictions?
Victoria Lambroza: We’re only a year into the regulated Brazilian market, and it is already clear that it has become one of the most exciting in the world. As with any regulated market, balancing innovation with compliance requirements is important.
We’ve had an on-the-ground team in Latin America for quite some time now, which sets us apart from many suppliers in this industry. It has meant that we have been able to build a deep understanding of what our partners in Brazil require. We’re regularly adding local touches to our products, like loading screens featuring seasonal celebrations in Brazil
The goal is to stay flexible enough to adapt not just to Brazil, but all regulated local markets where we are active, while still delivering a strong and competitive product.
Crash games are increasingly appearing in regulated markets. What do you see as the main opportunities, and potential hurdles, for the genre becoming fully mainstream under stricter regulatory frameworks?
Victoria Lambroza: We’re showing the path forward for crash games in regulated markets here at Aviatrix. Over the last couple of years, we’ve secured licences or certifications in Spain, Italy, Brazil, Estonia, Greece, Romania, Sweden, the Netherlands, Peru, Ontario, Colombia, Georgia, Malta and other jurisdictions.
This can only be achieved via a strong conviction in the importance of delivering engaging gameplay while fulfilling all compliance and responsible gaming requirements. We have one of the best compliance teams in the industry, and this is allowing us to drive genuine innovation in a completely sustainable manner.
Looking ahead, what message would you share with operators and players about the long-term future of crash gaming, and Aviatrix’s role in shaping that evolution?
Victoria Lambroza: Crash gaming has already proven its global appeal, but it’s still evolving.
From what we see, the future is not just about speed but also depth and connected experiences. Players are looking for more than isolated games; they want progression, personalisation, and continuity.
At Aviatrix, we are moving in that direction by developing our iGaming Metaverse, where different games, features, and rewards are connected into one experience. This includes shared progression systems, lootboxes, customisation, and unified player profiles across products.
We’re excited to continue to work with our operator partners to bring this exciting new product vision to even more players.
