Partly licensed

The Lotteries and Gaming Board licenses bookmakers, lotteries and land-based casinos under the Lotteries and Gaming Act of 2000. Licensed bookmakers and casinos may offer online services, but there is no standalone online licence, and online casino and poker are not addressed by the law. A 20% GGR tax applies from January 2026.
