Canada

State or provincial

Each province runs or licenses its own offer, mostly through provincial lottery corporations. Ontario opened a licensed online market in April 2022, and Alberta opened one on 13 July 2026, with AGLC registering operators and the Alberta iGaming Corporation holding the commercial agreements. Single-event sports betting has been legal since 2021.
