Natallia Vavulina of Gamingtec: What Operators Expect From iGaming Platforms in 2026

Natallia Vavulina

Natallia Vavulina, Head of Marketing at Gamingtec, an iGaming technology provider focused on flexible, scalable platform solutions for operators expanding across regulated and emerging markets. In a crowded B2B platform space, the company is positioned around modular architecture, fast deployment, and the operational control operators increasingly expect as commercial and regulatory pressures intensify.

In this interview with CasinoRank, Natallia explores how those expectations are changing in 2026, as rising acquisition costs, compliance complexity, and demand for greater flexibility reshape platform strategy. It examines where adaptability delivers real value, how providers balance customization with operational discipline, and why long-term efficiency is becoming as important as speed in the next phase of iGaming competition.

Natallia Vavulina: The expectations of operators have matured significantly. Today, operators are thinking beyond the fast launch and looking closely at what happens once they go live. They want to understand how much control they will have over onboarding logic, KYC configuration, payment prioritization, CRM integrations, and testing capabilities without being dependent on long development cycles.

There is also a deeper look into commercial strategies. Acquisition costs are rising across both regulated and emerging markets, which means operators are carefully analyzing long-term operational efficiency. They are not just buying a platform, they are evaluating margin sustainability, scalability, and adaptability.

We are also seeing more migration conversations. Operators are reconsidering rigid legacy systems and looking for solutions that allow them to evolve without structural lock-in.

In 2026, operators expect autonomy, not just infrastructure.

How does Gamingtec balance growing demand for customization and modularity with the need to maintain operational efficiency and seamless integration?

Natallia Vavulina: Flexibility without structure creates chaos. At Gamingtec, customization is designed to sit on top of a stable architecture. Our CMS allows operators to independently configure integrations, analytics, KYC logic, payment flows, and registration mechanics. That level of access gives them meaningful control over their product and user journey, while the core system remains unified and protected.

The same thinking guided our cashier redesign. It was rebuilt using analytics insights to improve deposit conversion while giving partners the ability to configure their own cashier view and test different setups directly within the platform.

True modularity is not about unlimited changes, it is about controlled adaptability.

As Head of Marketing at Gamingtec, how do you differentiate the company’s brand and build long-term credibility within the global iGaming ecosystem?

Natallia Vavulina: I joined Gamingtec relatively recently, which gave me the advantage of stepping back and analyzing the market without assumptions. What I noticed very quickly is that many companies communicate similar claims: speed, innovation, flexibility. Differentiation today requires sharper positioning and disciplined consistency.

Every company in this industry has something valuable to offer. The real differentiator is clarity. At Gamingtec, we are very clear about who we are: a Turnkey-first platform built for operators in regulated and emerging markets who need speed to market, operational flexibility, and commercial realism.

One of our strongest advantages is the team behind the product. We have a technical core that has been developing and refining the platform for 13 years. That depth of experience shapes how compliance logic is structured, how payment architecture is built, and how integrations are handled. At the same time, we operate with the agility of a startup in the positive sense – short communication loops, fast product adjustments, and the ability to respond quickly to specific market needs.

Beyond technology, we have a team supporting every step of the client journey. From onboarding to post-launch optimization, there is alignment between commercial promises and operational delivery. That alignment is where trust is formed.

From a marketing perspective, my role is to make that reality visible, through consistent positioning, executive visibility, and thought leadership that reflects operational maturity rather than marketing noise.

How does Gamingtec help operators manage evolving compliance demands across jurisdictions without slowing speed to market?

Natallia Vavulina: Regulation in iGaming is constantly evolving, and serious operators plan for that reality rather than react to it. From our perspective, compliance has to be embedded into the product architecture from the beginning. Our CMS is structured to allow operators to configure KYC processes, onboarding rules, payment logic, reporting frameworks, and jurisdiction-specific requirements within a controlled environment. That foundation allows deployment to remain structured even as regulatory requirements change.

We also continuously monitor developments across regulated and emerging markets. Internally, our product and technical teams work closely with certified providers, payment institutions, and legal advisors to ensure that our infrastructure remains adaptable to updated standards and certification requirements. While operators are ultimately responsible for their licensing obligations, our role is to provide a technology framework that supports compliant and scalable operations.

We are also actively preparing for expansion into additional regulated territories. It’s a structured process, and we approach it with long-term discipline rather than short-term acceleration.

From a marketing perspective, it’s always exciting to anticipate these developments. Preparing the ground before market entry allows us to support commercial takeoff in a measured and compliant way.

The next few years will be strategically important for us, and we’re approaching them with both ambition and regulatory responsibility.

With player acquisition costs rising, how should operators rethink retention strategies, and how does Gamingtec support sustainable long-term growth?

Natallia Vavulina: Retention now begins at the first click. When acquisition costs rise, operators cannot afford friction in onboarding or payments. Deposit flow clarity, intuitive registration, and payment prioritization directly influence long-term engagement. That is why we rebuilt our cashier using analytics insights to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs.

We also introduced AI-driven personalization via Whizdom AI to allow dynamic content recommendations based on player behavior. Engagement becomes more relevant when content adapts to the user instead of remaining static.

But the real retention advantage lies in agility. If operators can test flows, adjust configurations, and react to behavioral data quickly, they create compounding growth effects.

Looking ahead to 2026, how is Gamingtec adapting its product vision to meet changing operator and player demands?

Natallia Vavulina: I believe the future belongs to operators who control their environment.

We are expanding A/B testing capabilities to allow operators to experiment directly with onboarding flows, payment prioritization, and engagement mechanics. We are integrating faster payment options and enabling modern onboarding methods such as social sign-up and Web3 wallet connections to reflect how users access digital platforms today.

At the same time, we continue refining CMS flexibility to ensure partners can configure integrations and operational flows without dependency on long development cycles.

Our direction is clear: more control inside the platform, fewer dependencies outside it.
