The Swedish currency known as Swedish krona, kronor coins and dollars, it is used mainly in Sweden. It is found nowhere else for use by any other country.

When Krona was first made, it had replaced the other two currencies that Sweden was using as a result of the Scandinavian Monetary Union. It has been the currency in Sweden since 1873. The first making of Sweden’s currency was first the coin called krona that was made out of bronze and the second coin kronor that were made out of silver. They were made and distributed in 1873 and 1876. It was in 1902 when the gold coins were ceased, then restarted in the 1920 and 1925 before it all came to complete stop because of the shortage of metal from the World War 1. It was then that the bronze got replaced with iron from 1917 to 1919. Nickle Bronze had replaced the silver, and then in 1927, they had reinstated the silver coins. Then during World War 2, the coins had to be changed due to more of a metal shortage from the war. The coins were then redesigned and remade in 1991 and then in 1987 the banknote kronor printed and distributed, and this has been the same currency until today.Volatility of Swedish currencyThe Swedish currency was constantly changing due to the change of how it was able to be made at the beginning of it being made, but since it redesigned after the wars, it has grown less volatile in the markets today.
